Main Course

Roast Turkey with Forcemeat Stuffing.

This has dried fruits, nuts, eggs, sherry, fresh herbs, spices, finely minced pork and/or veal and bread.

Baked Ham with Fruit Liquor Sauce (Greentrees own recipe).

Vegetables - Baked Potato, Baked Sweet Potato, Baked Pumpkin, Fresh Green Vegetable (in season) and Cauliflower au gratin or Broccoli au gratin.

Served with Gravy and Bread Roll and Butter.

Desserts

Traditional Plum Pudding and
Greentrees Sticky Date Pudding.

all accompanied by Liquor Custard, Icecream and Cream.

Finishers

Bottomless cups of Tea (approximately 20 types) / freshly brewed coffee and Chocolates.

The Restaurant has full seasonal decorations complete with a 3 metre high live Christmas Tree. Good quality Christmas Serviettes and Bon-Bons are set on each place.

Fruit Cup/Iced Water is available for the entire evening plus corkage as part of the price.
