Room hire is currently set at a daily rate of $120/day. This fee includes the use of the PA system, lecturn, all magnetic white boards, flip charts, projector screen, iced water and glucose lollies as required for the day, bottomless cups of tea and coffee, room layout as per client request with heating or cooling depending on the season. Internet, fax and photocopying services are also available for a cost recovery fee.

The main conference room can seat up to 60 people, but is perfect for groups of up to 40 people. At this size the room can be set to suit almost any client lay-out requirement. There are two smaller breakout rooms in the original house which are very suitable for workshop and cell group tasks. The large terrace and the spacious gardens are also eminently suitable for these requirements.

A full catering service is available. Delicous home-cooked morning and afternoon teas are available from $5.50/person. Taste tempting light luncheons from $14.50/person are a house speciality. Fine old-fashioned dinners featuring local produce in season are also available from $33.00/person.

Four star accomodation is also available on site. There are eight de-lux rooms - all with ensuites - which can sleep at least two people each. Some rooms, complete with kitchnettes sleep up to five people. There is also a luxury suite with a huge spa and king bed. All the new rooms have their own balchony or verandah overlooking the little valley with its tranquil rural beauty.

In the Spring time the gardens at Greentrees are begining to bloom. Beds of Johnquils and Daffodils are scattered throughout the grounds. Then the Wisteria will come into bloom along with the century old Apple trees and the pink and white Clematis which festoon these old trees.

The morning air in the garden is exquisite. The piece de resistance at Greenfields are the rose beds. Some 330 rose bushes - all with old fashioned perfumes - border the house for over 130 metres. By Melbourne Cup Day they are in their first full flush of beauty. Coral, Dahlias and many other delightful plants bloom in the garden until late April.

Come March and the gardens take on their own warm Atumn hues. Many beautiful deciduous trees in the grounds ensure that their gpld and russet hues continue to keep Greentrees a place of peace and beauty through May and June.

Situated on 8 acres, Greentrees has ample in-ground client parking. There is, in addition, a bus bay.
