Q: What is the earliest I can Check-in?
A: If you require an earlier Check-In time please make prior arrangements.  Our standard check-in time is 2pm

Q: Can I arrive late?
A: Yes, please give us a call if you will be arriving after 7.00 pm

Q: Do you have undercover parking?
A: No

Q: Are your rooms non-smoking?
A: Yes, all rooms at Greentrees Guest House are non-smoking.  However, guests may smoke outside and use the receptacles provided for cigarette butts

Q: Do you have a restaurant?
A: Yes, we serve breakfast and dinner in the Garden Room , our BYO restaurant and Function Room.  Prior Notice (the day before) and bookings are essential.

Q: Do you have room service?
A: Yes, for both breakfast and dinner.  There is an additional charge of $5.50/person for meals delivered to rooms

Q: Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?
A: We have limited Wireless internet facilities

Q: Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?
A: Yes, we have a garden BBQ area which guests may use.  There is not charge for this

Q: How close are you to the shops?
A: 5 minutes by car to the Metro Plaza (Coles, K-Mart and other shops). Woolworths (Anson Street), Aldi (Peisley Street) and Big W (City Centre Mall)

Q: How close are you to restaurants?
A: Greentrees has a BYO Restaurant. Bookings are essential.  We are also within 2-5 minutes by car of a number of restaurants (Fine Dining and Family-Friendly) and fast food outlets including Pizza Hut, McDonalds, Subway, Hungry Jacks, Red Rooster, Dominos Pizza, Chinese, Indian, Thai and Japanese. Q: Do you have Foxtel?
A: No

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: Deposits will be refunded under the following conditions.  A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for most cancellations.  However, at least one week’s notice must be given prior to the reservation date if it is a Public Holiday, Long Weekend, Peak District Event or Period. Cancellations received with less notice than the periods of time stipulated here will incur the full amount of the  first night’s cancelled accommodation charges.

Q: How do I guarantee my booking?
A: Credit card details are required to secure room booking or a $150 cash bond.
