    both stuffed with our special forcemeat - Dried Fruit, Fresh Herbs, Sherry, Bread, Pork/Veal Mince, Eggs etc.

5. Baked Glazed Ham served with Greentrees Liquor Sauce.

All meals are served with a bread roll and butter.

Vegetable accompaniments may be selected from the following options - Roast Potatoes, Roast Pumpkin, Roast Sweet Potato, Carrots with Cinnamon and Honey, Green Vegetables (in season), Cauliflower au gratin and Ratatouille [Greentrees style].

Guests can select five of the vegetables listed or request others in season. A variety of Salads are also available in lieu of vegetables.
