• Traditional Pavlova topped with fresh fruit in season or Greentrees Preserved Fruit,
• Old fashioned Wine Trifle [layers of cake, fruit, custard and topped with Cream & Jelly]
• Lemon Meringue Pie,
• Traditional Cheesecake.

Price per person - $7.70.

• Caramel Crunch Cheesecake,
• Pecal Praline Cheesecake,
• Strawberry and Fresh Fruit Shortcake.
• Blackberry and Apple pie,
• Pecan and Caramel pie,
• Old Fashioned Plum pudding
  made with dried fruits, sherry and spices.

These are all homemade and those with fruit use only fine quality local and/or Australian produce. All Cold Desserts are served with Cream and/or Icecream.

To complete your feast there is a choice of Tea or freshly brewed coffee [bottomless cup] with chocolates at $2.75 per person.
