The prices listed above which include either a CONTINENTAL or FULL BREAKFAST, are for breakfast served in the Dining Room, in the Restaurant, your host's own kitchen or Jasmin's own Dining Room. Room service is available. However the price per person for this service is an extra $5.50.

Booking and Cancellation Policy
Short Term and Casual Guests.

If a cancellation is made with more than 14 days notice all deposits will be refunded in full. With cancellations made with less that 14 days but more than 24 hours notice, the deposit will beretained and may be transferred to another date booking within 6 months of your original booking. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will require payment of one (1) nights accommodation in full.

Long Term Board Clients please note that the Cancellation Policy stated above is for casual short stay visitors and guests only. In the case of Long Term Board Clients each client can have a Cancellation Policy which is tailored to their particular requirements following discussion and mutual agreement with Greentrees Management.
